When Work takes priority

This is saturday afternoon on 16th of july 05, as i am writing this post.My original plan was to visit the Niagara Falls today.But then In between yesterday night and Today morning, the mother of all duties called me up and i had to go and serve it. As i am at office today i atleast decided to post this so that it can serve as a reminder to my PM that i have been missing my weekends and slogging it out here in expectation of a better Appraisal.



The last time i had been to Niagara, i was with a couple of my friends from Tirunelveli. One of them remarked that Niagara wasnt any better than Courtallam.Even though statistics(check here) say the other way, i have to salute his sense of patriotism for the TAMILNATTU MANN...VAZGHA UN TAMIL NATTU PATTRU. In fact Niagara closely resembled Courtallam in one sense, when i was there i got a feeling i was in India. There were my makkal where ever i turned.I even saw some Women in traditional dresses(Saree is traditional now isnt it?).


Every one reading this post must try to visit Courtallam, It sure is a place to watch. Courtallam is a beautiful place to visit only that it has gone unpatronised for lack of facilities.Believe me the sound of water falling from a falls is a very soothing one, and You will never get the Experience of courtallam in Niagara. In a way my friend was true Niagara falls may be huge and world famous, but Courtallm falls( click here for more details) has not only medicinal benifits but is also hugely aesthetic.
