Journey on a Train

Some one passed along a e-mail with photos of scenic train journey. I have relished travels on trains, it is my favourite mode of transport and is the most preferred.Whenever i had an option to choose my mode of travel, travelling by train would be my option No 1.Trains hold a sentimental value,in my heart and it always feels like home.

One of the most Scenic routes i have been through is between Conoor-Ooty . We used to call it a Toy train, since it looked very tiny in comparison to the regular ones.
I cannot completely recollect all that experience, I can only remember that it was one of my most memorable experience. It was pretty frightening too as we would travel over tall bridges that had no railings on the sides. There was lush green whereever you turned around.I can remember vividly how everyone was excited to travel on the toy train. As we passed through the stations and tunnels, valleys the experience only got more satisfying.Amazing experience it was, something i dont think can be put in words.I was very young then, may be 10 yrs, but i am sure what i experienced that day i would never get back if i were to travel today.
